If we are not able to come to a reasonable, timely resolution, we would be happy to offer you a full refund of your purchase price minus shipping and handling.
SHIPPING INFO
Confirmed orders are processed on Mondays and Wednesdays. If you do not receive a confirmation email after completion of your order, please let us know at sunshinemamadoulacare@gmail.com and we will be happy to confirm your payment and order were received.
Tracking information will be sent upon shipment to the email associated with the order. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your product. Seller is not responsible for errors in shipping address and will not be able to reroute packages after the order is placed. Please ensure you have accurate shipping information.
